James,

May I ask if you are related to this Wright family?
If so, how?

I'm not quite sure how much information you want
and on who so will give you what I have which isn't
much.

William Wright 2 Sept 1840 Roanoke, VA - 15 April 1900 Winterset, Iowa. Married Eliza J. Pugh 29 March 1886
Nemaha County, Nebraska.

Eliza Jane 5 Mar 1848 Zaneville, Ohio - 6 Sept 1908 in
Kirkwood, Kansas and is buried at Pittsburg, Kansas.

William Wright and her had one son, Walter W. Wright,
born February 1887 in Kansas.

William Wright had two children from a previous
marriage.

Charles W. Wright August 1875 Nebraska
Myrtle M. Wright Jun 1881 Nebraska; she married
Walter George Debord on 11 June 1902.

After William and Eliza were married, they went to
Oregon; and her son Elmer from her first marriage
went with them.

I found them in the 1900 Census living in Winterset,
Iowa. After William died, Eliza applied for Civil
War Pension June 4, 1900 in the state of Iowa.

I have no idea when her and the Wright kids moved to Kansas
again. Do know that her two sons (Pugh) lived in
Kansas with their families. Her oldest son (Pugh), I found
lived in Iowa.

I'm still searching for information about Walter W. Pugh.

I would appreciate any information that you may have on
this family.

Sharon
