According to the Lucas County Cemetery Book (dtd 1981), Eli J. Benway is burried in the Norwood Cemetery. The headstone notation is:

BENWAY, Eli J. 1847-1922
Maria 1850-1928
Jennie B. Dau. of H.L. & M.E.
Feb. 15, 1904-Sept. 4, 1905

I assume Jennie to be a grand-daughter by the dates. I always thought there were more Benway's burried in Norwood, but this was the only listing I found. Lunnie (Benway) Boston, who is also buried in Norwood, is my connection to the Benway family.

I checked the index for both Lucas and Warren Counties, but could not link to "H.L." or "M.E."

Joseph Poush was buried in Section E of the Chariton Cemetery. The Headstone notation is:

POUSH, Joseph H. 1860-1940
Victoria C. 1861-1916

Hope that helps,
Ray
