My GR GR Grandmothers maiden name was also Schattschneider and she married Leopold Krahn and they lived in Minnesota. son Carl Krahn (my Gr Grandfather) came to Whittemore about 1890 and worked for the railroad. Question, Was August Schattschneider related to Carl Krahn? perhaps and Uncle? Thank You for any help.
