Gail,
I have a plat map of Kossuth County, Iowa. Riverdale township is on the southern edge of Kossuth County and borders on Humboldt County. The southwestern corner of section 11, Riverdale township is located 10 miles east of the sw corner of Kossuth county (the corner where Kossuth, Palo Alto, Pocahontas, and Humboldt counties meet) and 4 miles north of the Kossuth/Humboldt county line.
If you plan to travel there, go to the junction of highways 18 and 169 on the north edge of Algona, Iowa. Travel south on Hwy. 169 about 7 to 8 miles, turn west (right) one County Road B58 for one mile, turn south and go one mile. This is the SW corner of section 11, Riverdale township, Kossuth Co., Iowa.
