There is not a family history for Ezra D. Quarton in the "History of Kossuth County, Iowa" by B.F. Reed, published in 1913. The only Quarton history is of Judge William Barlow Quarton (Jr.)and the information about him is given in a previous response. It could be that Ezra never lived in Kossuth County, Iowa.
