According to the book Observations on the Enthonology of The Sauk Indians First Greenwood Printing 1970 Library of Congress Catalog # 79-11400 SBN 8371-4632-1 A Reverend William Harris helped write this book. He is my great grandfather. In his book he mentions being the nephew of Chief Keokuk. Keokuk had a son Moses Keokuk, who had a son Charles Keokuk.Grandfather and Charles were close to the same age. I'm not sure how the "nephew" fits into this with no mention of his having a sister. From William Harris to present day I have the lineage, but from Great Grandfather back, I'm at a stand still. Can we compare notes?
