Researching Plessel/Plassel and any other possible spellings. I found the name Antoine and Theresea Plesel in my deceased grandmother's loose records(Their names and their birth and death dates) Antoine b. 8 May 1808, d. 12 Jan 1896. Theresea b. 1 Apr 1801 d. 25 Mar 1887. The only thing I have found on them in all my years of doing genealogy is they were born in Austria/Bohemia. Their daughter Theresea married Erhardt Rhinehart. I found them in the 1870 US Census, Big Grove Twp., Johnson County, IA on Line 25. I was also able to view a headstone online. But that's it!!! Nothing else!!
I am really desperate to find more out about this line but I don't even know what to do anymore.
Would anyone have any suggestions for me? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.
