I don't know the enumeration district, but that street runs east west and is on the northeast side of the city. Streets parallel to it, in order north to south, are Brown, Ronalds, Fairchild then Davenport, Bloomington and Market. East and West are Dubuque Street (not Dubuque Road), Linn, Gilbert, Van Buren, Johnson, Dodge, Lucas, and Governor.
