I am looking for more information on the family of Estelyne Mae Dawson, who married Morris Lane Stacey on 3-6-1928 In IA. Estelyne was b. 12-27-1905 in Lexington IL, d. 2-8-1960 in Indianola IA, and was buried near her mom, sister, and husband in Palo Alto cemetery near Newton IA. Estelyne's parents were Melvin Croghan Dawson and Pearl Marie Gharrett.
Morris was b. 9-4-1892 in Cannon Co TX, and d. 7-29-1958 in Indianola IA. He was previously married to Jessie M ?, and they had 2 children: Fred and Verna. They divorced before 1928, and Jessie kept the last name of Stacey or Stacy for the 1930 census.
I am also hoping to find a living relative of Estelyne and Morris. Estelyne's sister, Elnora was my grandmother's birthmother. Elnora was not married at the time of my grandmother's birth, so she gave her up for adoption. I would really like to find out more about the Dawson's, Gharrett's, and the Stacey's.
