From the City of Bellevue, Jackson County, Iowa, 1856 Census (State), there is a John and Elizabeth Kirkpatrick who had the following children:
Seeking the descendents and families of:
Emily Kirkpatrick, born in Iowa 1847
George Kirkpatrick, born in Iowa 1849
William A. Kirkpatrick, born in ???, Illinois 1851 (Apparently the family went back to Illinois for a couple of years because the census says that William was 5 years old when the census was taken and had lived in the state of Iowa for 4 years.)
Jason (?) L. Kirkpatrick, born in Iowa in 1853.
The 1860 Census did not find the Kirkpatrick family in Bellevue!
Any/all information will be greatly appreciated!!
