Jackson County Courthouse in Andrew, IA - abt 1865

According to the obituary of my greatgrandfather, John Weis (Wise), he was the the building contractor for the old Jackson County Courthouse in Andrew, IA. It was built about 1865. I understand it was used as a mill and possibly a creamery later. It was a three story stone structure. I am looking for a picture of that building, or any information on the building.
