There's a biographical sketch of Mason Ingraham in the Iowa County history of 1881, but it doesn't mention a store in Marengo... shows him as a farmer in Honey Creek Township. However, the bio on his son, F. A., says "In 1871 he was a partner with his father in the grocery business at Marengo, and afterward was in various kinds of business..."
