Sure do! I grew up in Riceville. Riceville is divided by the Mitchell county (west) and Howard county (east). So Jenkins township is Mitchell county and Jamestown township is Howard county. Riceville sits in the lower part of both Jenkins and Jamestown township. A mile south of Riceville on the west side will be Douglas township (Mitchell Co.) and on the east side will be Afton township (Howard Co.).

So it's like this:

MITCHELL COUNTY/HOWARD COUNTY
Jenkins twp/Jamestown twp
Riceville
Douglas twp/Afton twp
