Thomas Frank (or Frank Thomas) Neeley married Lillian Josephine Frazier (various spellings) August 18, 1901 in Whatcom County, Washington. Thomas' parents were listed as Thomas and Maggie Smith and he was born in Little Sioux, Iowa. Thomas and Lillian were married for 11 years when Lillian died in 1912 in Santa Barbara, California. She left Thomas with four children: Thomas Jr., Joseph T., Lillian A., and Margaret. Soon after I believe that Thomas Frank died (1915?). The two boys I cannot find at all but Lillian A. and Margaret was in the 1920 Census in Santa Barbara County, California as inmates of St. Vincents Orphanage. This is part of my family and I would really love to find out what happened to these children. Please help.
P.s. I am sure that Thomas Frank was the son of Thomas Butler and Margaret Smith who were pioneers of Little Sioux, Iowa(?).
