Harrison Clerk's Office - Any Response?

I have written two letters to the Harrison Co., IA clerk's office asking for information as to how to see if records are there and to get copies. I send SASE each time. I have had no response. Can anyone give me some information how best to contact them to get a response and what your experience has been with them?
