Hello Barb,

Found the following in the "Roster and Records of Iowa Soldiers in the War of Rebellion":

Thomas Stafford
Residence: Fremont Co., IA
34 years old
Enlisted 11/5/1864 as a Private
On 11/5/1864 he mustered into "F" Co., 13th Infantry

He was mustered out on 7/21/1865 at Louisville, KY

Born- New York
