I would like to correspond with any Howards in Floyd County, IA. Elbert Howard was in Floyd Co in 1860 along with some of his children. Elbert is supposedly buried in Howardville Cemetery,Cedar Twp., Floyd County.He died Dec 28, 1869. Are there any interested descendants? I will share info.
