I am searching for whatever information possible concerning Andrew Morgan b. abt 1824. All that I have info about is that he was in Davis County Iowa in 1856. I find this year sort of strange as I don't believe it is a census but have been unable to find info. I would like to know if he was married and what her name would have been.
I am trying to determine if he could be the same Andrew Morgan, age 26 and Milly Morgan age 28 in the Guilford Co NC 1850 census. Living with them at that location was Alisin Smith age 17, Rufus M. Morgan age 15 and Anette Moody age 5. I have lost track of Andrew and family from the census in NC forward but Rufus was my great great grandfather and I know he was apprenticed to a neichbor in 1851. I also know that Andrew was his uncle.
