Catholic Churches 1861-62

Hi!
I am looking for for all Catholic Churches that would have been around in 1861-62 in Davis County, especially those in "railroad towns."

My great-great grandparents were from Ireland and married in St. Charles County, MO on 21 October 1860. Their oldest known child, Hanora Birmingham, was born 24 July 1862 in Iowa (according to death certificate-no county or town liste- and census records). The rest of their known children were born in St. Charles County, starting in June 1864.

My great-great grandfather, Patrick Birmingham, was known to have worked for the railroad.

Thanks for your help!
Laura in St. Charles County, MO
