Sorry but none of the names you listed are in my records but they could be sons of some of myfamilies brothers. My James family came there sometime after 1865. Jennie was born in 1865 in Wisconson and thier next child was born in Adel, Dallas County Iowa. They show up in the 1880 Census in Washington Township Dallas Co.

I found a John James living in Adel in 1880 with wife Mary and 2 children Lola and Lena . He was 29 in 1880. Does that fit your John and was his father born in Il and mother in TN. If so contact me at Dalex96@aol.com and I will email you some info I have .
