In 26 aug 1872 Nicholas (Niklas) Gibson (Jeppsson) (born 1843 in Glimåkra, Sweden) married Lotta (Loty/Lottie) Samuelsson (also known as Peterson) (born 1854 in Sweden) in Dallas County. Nicholas emigrated from Sweden in 1869. In the 1880 Census they appear in Penn, Madison county and that year or latest in 1882 they moved to Stanton IA. I want to learn more about what happened before the Stanton period.
1. Did Nicholas and Lotta live in Dallas Co at time of marriage. Were their children Matilda (b sept 1873) and Ellen (b april 1875) born in Dallas?
2. Where did Lotta come from? Who were her parents? Possibly Anders Samuelson with wife Christina. Did they live in Dallas?
3. When did they (Nicholas and Lotta) come to Dallas?
