On June 13, 1860 John Siebertz married Matilda Hoecken in Clayton Co., Iowa.

Matilda was born in 1829 in Baehue, Minden, Wesphalia, Germany. She may have come to the US in 1853. I am looking for any information on her family.

John Siebertz was born in 1831 in Westphalia, Germany and came to Garnavillo, Iowa. He owned and operated a shoeshop on Main street in Garnavillo. I am looking for any information on his family.
