The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa
Thursday, December 3, 1908

CHARLES COFFMAN, of Columbia, and MISS GWEN LONG, were united in marriage, at the M.E. Parsonage in this city, Wednesday afternoon, November 25. They left in the evening to spend a few days at Osceola with J.L. LONG and D.B. LONG, brothers of the bride.

MR. COFFMAN is a most exemplary young man, industrious, of steady habits,
and with good business capacity and experience in affairs. The bride is the
daughter of W.S. LONG and the things complimentary which can be said of the
groom can with equal propriety, be said of her. They will settle down to
farm life on the estate of the bride's mother, in Pleasant Township.

All wish them a tranquil voyage together o'er life's sea.
