Would you mind looking up the Shortley family? It's a very uncommon name and I know of only 2 families of that name; One was William Shortley and the other one was Robert Shortley, first wife Ann Unk.; 2nd, Eliza Twamley (in my tree). I know Robert died 1875 and Eliza died 1881, so all the Shortley info is probably in my tree.
