Can any one tell me the research policies (i.e. whether or not they provide research service and if so, what are their fees) of the Carroll County Genealogical Society and the local Carroll County libraries, and whether or not anyone is providing volunteer or professional look up service for cemetery books, obituaries, and public records for Carroll County?
