I am looking for the descendants of my great-great Uncle Hiram McGlaughlin. He was married to Rebecca Huntsbarger. The family came to Buchanan, Iowa and settled near Littleton around 1858. Their children were Mary, Otho, Catherine, Charles, Adelia, James Brinton, and Henry.
Otho married Rebecca Kiser and moved to Cloud county, KS and then on to Washington State. The other children stayed in the Buchanan county, Iowa area. Mary married William Sankey; Catherine married Moses Bantz. Charles McGlaughlin married Luella Gallup; Adelia married George Wellman; James Brinton McGlaughlin married Elizabeth Diehl and Henry married Mary Corcoran.
The children of James Brinton McGlaughlin were Maude, Ethel, Arley, Mildred and Lester.
The children of Henry McGlaughlin were Harold and Gerald.
I would love to hear from any of the descendants. I am descended from Hiram's brother John Thornton McGlaughlin who remained in Butler County, Ohio. I have a lot of information on this family.
