Although my grandfather said that this family were cousins, I've yet to discover how they fit in with my Perry's who Went from Pennsylvania to Washington Co, Ohio to Davis Co, Iowa. My earliest Perry is located was born abt 1796 in PA.
I've traced the below family for several years and have now finally traced them back to Cornwall, England. William immigrated about 1849, one year after the death of his wife. His son, William migrated on the ship "Oregon" on 15Jun1850. Edward Perry, born 1867 in Jo Daviess Co, Illinois was my starting point as a "cousin" to my grandfather, but contact with this family was lost. Edward apparently migrated from Illinois between 1910-1920 is located in the 1920 and 1930 census in Waterloo, Black Hawk Co, IA.
