Orbit's for Blairstown area

Does anyone know of a good source to look up orbit's for the Blairstown area? I am looking for an orbit for Marn C. Nelson died 7 Nov 1903 and is buried at the International Cemetery in Luzerene. I went to the courthouse in Vinton and couldn't find any death record on Marn Nelson.

I would also like to find out what happened to her husband Christen Nelson. On her tombstone it states she was the wife of Christen Nelson but I couldn't find a headstone for Christen.
