John W. Chipman died in Audubon County in 1880

Trying very hard to find anything regarding an exact date of death, plus burial info for John W. Chipman. According to the 1880 Federal Census Mortality Schedule, he died in May of that year in Audubon County. Since the census shows "Lincoln and Cameron" as the township, I'm assuming that John could have died in either one, and I know that both townships are in the NW portion of Audubon County -- and that he may be buried in a rural cemetery in one of those two townships, or, perhaps, somewhere else in the county. Would someone be able to do a lookup through cemetery books or even visit one in person to check and see for sure if he might be buried in Audubon County? John's widow Ruth and his son Daniel were living in Lincoln Township in the census from July 1, 1880. Whatever help you can provide would be valuable. Thanks, Rick
