John Pressley Fenton Was born 15 March 1851 in Noble Co., IN and died 23 Mar 1891 in Hamlin Twp. Audubon Co., is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
His adopted daughter, Nellie married Frank East, the son of James East b about 1840 and Harriet Clegg b about 1840.
Nellie and Frank are found in the 1920 and 1930 Census of Boone County, and the census records indicate there are some descendents, possibly a grandaughter named ? Kelley and a son named Edward East Jr.
Who else is researching this family? I can share information with regard to Nellie's adoption and other family information.
I am seeking information on John's time in Audubon and any records thereof.
