Charlie Everett and Anna Plank were married April 28, 1867. I do not know exactly where but believe it was probably in or around Allamakee County, Iowa. The 1870 Iowa census has them living in Waukon. Anna's parents also lived there. I would love to get a copy of a marriage license or application if available. Please advise of any cost and I would gladly reimburse.
