Since Thomas was deceased by the 1930 census, the Oregon death index has two possibilities:

1. Thomas Francis Norton, died Portland, Oregon, 23 Jan 1928.

2. Thomas J. Norton, died Portland, Oregon, 28 December 1920

I don't find anything on the death index for Emma or Eunice Norton, nor for E. Norton.
