A group of past and present residents of Adams County Iowa have paid to set up a FREE website and digitize approximately 120 years of the old newspapers. You can read, print, or download the pages. The address for this site is:

After you get to the site click on "Browse Available Papers" and you can search to see what papers are there. Remember the Adams County Iowa site is FREE and it may take a while to learn how to use the site. Just read and follow the instructions.
