I sent you a private e-mail. If I can help further let me know.

If we even had a little bit more info, we might connect to family for you. The Morgans seemed to be early settlers in Adair Co., Iowa, and still have that name in the county. Just tidbits of info that MIGHT connect:

A Howard Morgan married Helen Campbell in Adair Co. on 2 July 1931, and would be of the age to give birth to a son (Lonnie?) about 1936.

In December 1930, an Elmer Morgan is in the Adair records as having a daughter born named Letitia Mae. This man might be also called Roswell Elmer Morgan. Not sure.

There was also a man named Marion Morgan who had a son born May 21, 1931, of Adair County, Iowa, but the record says "b. Eagle, Nebraska."

These tidbits prove nothing without a little more about Lonnie.

When you get the personal e-mail, let me know if I can help.
