I bet Elisha, John & Charles are part of Hugh Hylands family.Hugh died in 1805, so you won't find him in any other census, only 1790 and 1800.Have you checked the DAR Library in Washington.If Hugh is listed in their Index, then someone has proved their lineage, and you can pull their papers and look at them.Anyone can go into the Library,If you are a non-member is costs $5.00.If you are a SAR or DAR member, there is no cost.
