My great, great grandmother was Maria Hyland. She was born November 3, 1847 in Union County, Ohio. Unfortunately, I don't know her parents names. She married first George Brown on September 17, 1865 and had one child (Alice Brown). After George Brown's death on February 7, 1869, she married Charles Henry Kelsey on February 24, 1872 in Union County, Ohio. They later moved to Woodbury County, Iowa where Maria died on May 15, 1899. Charles and Maria Kelsey had five children: Maretta, Ira, Carrie, Rosa and Henry.

Maria has a sister Almira Hyland who was born July 22, 1842 in Union County, Ohio. Almira married C.W. Sabine. She died on August 13, 1875.

Because your Henry Hyland was buried in Union County, Ohio, I thought Maria could be the daughter of Henry (Henry would have been 46 when Maria was born). However, it doesn't appear that Henry had a daughter name Almira. Do you think Maria Hyland Brown Kelsey is the daughter of Henry Hyland?
