Lillian Hyde and son Randolph A. Hyde from New Jersey
I am wondering if anyone sees any connection in their family notes to a certain Lillian Hyde and her son Randolph A. Hyde?
I have found them in the 1920 and 1930 New Jersey Census records. In 1920 both Lillian and Randolph were living together at 462 Central Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey. Lillian was listed as being 47 years old, widowed, born in New York, father born in New York and mother born in Germany. Her occupation was listed as a phonographer. Her son Randolph was listed as being 26 years old, born in New York, and his father born in New York. His occupation was listed as being a manager in a phonograph store.
In 1930 Lillian and Randolph were living at 35th Street in North Bergen, New Jersey. Lillian was listed as being a president of a musical company, where Randolph was listed as being a manager of a musical company so I figure they worked together.
A burial record I have for Lillian Hyde has her listed as being 64 years 9 months 13 days old at the time of her death. Her place of death was North Bergen, New Jersey, and she was buried February 5, 1938 in the Lutheran Cemetery which is located in Middle Village, Queens County in New York.
I believe she must have some sort of connection to either the Hens, Manck or Teller family as these were family names of individuals that she is buried with. If anyone recognizes Lillian or Randolph Hyde, I look forward to hearing from you.
