Trial membership here, should expire by the end of Nov., 2005, so email me if reply after that:[email protected] for Thomas Turner Hyde the 1st, b.around 1800 in England, most info. unknown.Emigrated to Canada with son Thomas Turner Hyde the 2nd and others sometime between the late 1840s and the late 1860s.Settled in Toronto, first 3 children born there.Siblings unknown, married Sarah Jane Belway (or Carpentier) apx. 1870.Was a millwright, lived in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, then Pittsburg PA, then Chicago IL, then back to Sault, where he died apx.1905, wife apx.1915.He was Episcopal or Anglican.CHildren:Mary Albertal (eldest, b.1871, my g.grandmother), THomas Turner 3rd, Lottie, William, Eva Jane, Henry, Charles, Florence, Genevieve, and George.Mary Albertal converted to Catholocism when she married an Irishman named Edward Lawless on Dec.17,1889.THey emigrated to Chippewa Co., Michigan in 1890, she died Nov.1,1942, buried in Holy Family Cem.Her and Edward themselves had 7 children under the Lawless name.Many of Mary's siblings ended up on the west coast of the U.S.
