My info indicates that George had a brother, Richard. Their parents apparently died when the boys were young (somewhere in the 5 to 8 or 9 year range), so they went to live with an older half brother, William, who was the sexton of a church. They were later apprenticed out, George as a carpenter, and Richard as a thatcher.
