Looking to find Alexander Isaac Hux (Hicks, Hucks, Hise) parents. He was born about 1837 not sure where. Married Sophia Hammond in Jefferson Co., TN, lived the reaminder of his life in this area & is buried here. Died in 1913 at age 76. Have info that indicates his father MAY be Abel Hux of Meckenburg Co., NC; also that he may have been married & had an infant dau before the Civil War. Fought in CSA.
Can anyone confirm his parents for me?
