Thanks for the information. It brings up a lot of questions. If I have my dates correct Henry Hall Hutton was born in 1834. Henry and Sarah married October 17, 1833 in Lewis Co., Kentucky with James Hutton (Henry's father) and Aaron Hall (Sarah's father) as witnesses. It appears that Sarah did not wait 3 years to marry Henry. Henry Hutton died August 21, 1834. If Sarah waited 3 years to marry Henry that would have been in 1835. The date of Henry's death could have been transcribed incorrectly but I am sure the marriage date is correct. I am going to go back and review my research. The fact that Sarah Hall Hutton Hoobler was in Quincy, Illinois in 1870 brings up more questions for me because several of my Huttons were also in Quincy.
