My particular branch of the HUTT family was originally HATT from Switzerland who emigrated to Nova Scotia, Canada. Many Hutts in Northeastern U.S. are of that descent. I once saw a cemetery full of Hutts in a village outside Edinburgh, Scotland. Many Hutts who settled in central U.S. came from Germany. The Hutt River valley of New Zealand was named after a fellow who came from England. So I guess we're all over the place.
Happy Hunting
