A. Edna Hutt, longtime teacher, coaching pioneer died June 25, 2002, just 3 weeks after her 101st birthday. She was instrumental in securing equal pay for female coaches in the Pottstown, PA school district. The daughter of Annie (Frederick) Hutt & Benjamin Franklin Hutt, Sr. she is survived by only 3 nieces, Ann Miller, Sinking Springs, PA, Janet Dostal, Cary, N.C., & Jodie O'Neill, Port Angeles, Washington. Burial will be in the Old Goshenhoppen Cemetery, Upper Salford, PA.
