I have information that Joseph Hutchison had a son John Hutchison by his first marriage to Susannah Dodson, but don't know anything further about that.
The reason, if my information is correct, that's it's so hard to find the rest of his children, is that they went by the last name Hudson. By his second wife, Hannah Hall his offspring were Esquire Hines, Nancy, Samuel Jefferson, Theophilas Hall, Elizabeth, John B., James and William M., all last name Hudson.
I found this information on a Hudson genealogy research website. I'm familiar with the Hudson line from Theophilas down, but am just researching his parentage.
