hi deborah,

I also am a great-great-great granddaughter of Ambrose Hutcheson and his first wife Hannah Wilson, daughter of William Wilson. Their oldest daughter, Mary Anne Hutcheson was the third wife of Henry Walker, born in Virginia in 1795 in Mechlenburg Co. where Richard and Ambrose hutcheson lived before moving to Greene Co., Georgia. Henry Walker died while he and MaryAnne were moving to Arkansas. Their youngest child Julia was only 6 years old. I am descended from William Henry Robertson Walker, one of Mary Anne Hutcheson and Henry Walker's sons who moved to Columbia Co., Arkansas around 1857 after marrying Susan Jane Overton in Tailiaferro Co., Georgia in 1856. James Hutcheson, another son of Ambrose Hutcheson and Hannah Wilson. moved to Cass Co., Texas and married laura Walker, daughter of Mathew Turner Walker of Greene Co., Georgia and a brother of my Henry Walker. James and Laura Walker had a daughter Victoria who married a Dennis.
They had no children that sirvived them but raised my grandfather James William Haywood and his brother, Alexander to adulthood and gave them each a farm after they married. When James and Alexander Haywood were young boys Vickie Hutcheson Dennis would takke them on the train to visit her 1st cousin, Wm. Henry Robertson Walker and family and that is how James Haywood and Maggie Walker met and got married. They had 10 children my father, John Wesley Haywood being one of them.Ambrose Hutcheson was an Inferior Court Judge(Justice of the Peace) in Greene Co., Ga. and is buried in Walker Church Cemetary in Greene Co., Ga.

Guess we are distant half-cousins. If you live in Georgia could you find out some information on William Wilson?
I know that he came from the same area of Virginia as the Hutchesons. I have the book on Ambrose and Richard's Hutcheson ancestors since they came to Virginia and would be glad to give you more information if you don't have it.
