Frank

Hello cousin, I am descended from Ephraim and Elizabeth Isabella's son Richard. What I have been able to find so far is that Elizabeth, born 1741 in Augusta Cty., VA. and Mary her sister, who by the way were married to brothers. Ephraim and Richard Wilson. Their parents appear to be John Hutcheson and Mary [unk]. My search seems to indicate that Elizabeth and Mary were born in Augusta Cty., VA. My ggg-grandfather Richard Wilson was born 1773 in Botetourt Cty., VA., married to Jane Burks/Burk abt. 1825, Jane was born 1801. Ephraim and Elizabeth Isabella were married in Augusta Cty., VA. in 1758.

Now Frank, here is where we got lucky. While searching the Augusta Cty., VA. web site, which I have done since it was established. I found a link which had just been attached. A complete three volume set of the "Chronicals of the Scotch-Irish Settlement in Virginia," which I downloaded. I have since found almost of my family surnames listed. Not just listed but specific individuals. Like Ephraim, and all the Hutchesons'. The Hutchesons, Wilsons and Burkes are all in these volumes.
