Hello, Ronald. I read with much interest your posting of April 12, 2001 concerning Robert Hutchinson (Hutcheson), and his son, John H. My wife is related to this family, and I have been seeking information about Robert for at least two years. My info says he was born in Ireland inb 1765, which would fit what you found. The spelling doesn't trouble me, since that varies that far back. Do you have any hint of just where Robert was born in Ireland or who his father, other ancestors, were? I would like that info very much. My wife's mother was Mahalia Avarilla Hutcheson, whose father was John Hutcheson (not John H, but his grandson), and was born in Draketown, GA. That John's father was Robert Berry Hutcheson, son of John H. I would be glad to exchange what information I have with you. Bill Mitchell
