I am interested in any information about Ellis Asher Hutcherson.
He was born in Litlington Cambridgeshire England on 5th February 1865 to Sarah Hutcherson who was unmarried and 16 at the time. They may have been put in Royston Union Workhouse.
Many Hutchersons lived at Litlington during the Eighteenth and 19th Centuries and they were mostly engaged in brickmaking and were a related family group.
Ellis Asher died in 1923 at Bidford Warwickshire. By this time he had adopted a new firt name and was burried as George Ellis hutcherson at Bidford.
He may have been a butcher at some time and he may have lost a leg in a farm accident. Does anyone have any more information ?
