Andrew J Huston was my gr grandfather...he was born in Knox Co, OH, died in Blue Mound, IL. Fought with Co. A, 54th IL Inf., and was captured in Arkansas in August of 1864. Became a successful peach/apple farmer in central Illinois. I have a number of photos of him. He is supposedly the only surviving member of his family in a wagon train massacre near Lima, OH...this legend comes from different sides of the family, so is accepted as such. Do you have any information on him? Supposedly his father was James Huston m Katy Bayer sp? and the Hustons came from PA, I think.
