In “The Official Roster of the Soldiers of the American Revolution Buried in the State of Ohio”, Vol 1, page 190, references for Alexander Huston’s service is cited from Pennsylvania Archives, Series 5; however most of these references are not to Alexander Huston, “early settler at Beavertown whr is buried in Presbyterian Cem.” But the only Alexander Huston listed in Series 5, who seems to the the correct Alexander, is in the chapter concerning ”Muster Rolls and Papers Relating to the Associators and Militia of the County of Bedford.” Pennsylvania Archives Series 5 Volume V, pp 115-7 Capt’n [Thomas] Paxton’s Comp.
